Illustagraphy
I designed an end-to-end website for Illustagraphy, a collaborative space between a graphic designer and photographer. The site showcases their work while highlighting Ryan's photography and offering a platform for potential collaborators to submit requests to work with him. The design emphasizes simplicity and visual storytelling, with intuitive navigation for easy browsing and seamless collaboration requests, providing both inspiration and opportunities for creative partnerships.

Problem Statement
The problem was that Ryan, a photographer, and the graphic designer lacked a unified online space to showcase their collaborative work and allow potential clients to easily request partnerships. The existing platforms didn’t provide an intuitive way to highlight both portfolios together or foster collaboration inquiries. The goal was to create a streamlined, visually engaging platform that not only displayed their work but also provided a seamless way for people to submit collaboration requests.

The solution was to design a visually cohesive and user-friendly website for Illustagraphy that showcased both the photographer’s and graphic designer’s portfolios in a seamless, collaborative space. The site included a simple, intuitive submission form for potential clients to request collaboration opportunities, providing an easy pathway for engagement. By centralizing their work and offering a clear call to action, the website enhanced exposure and streamlined the process for new creative partnerships.

Design Process
My design process for the Illustagraphy website began with understanding the needs of both the photographer and the graphic designer, focusing on showcasing their collaborative work and enabling easy collaboration requests. I conducted research on user behavior, designed wireframes for intuitive navigation, and created high-fidelity mockups that emphasized the visual elements of their portfolios. After user testing, I iterated on the design, ensuring the site was both aesthetically engaging and functional, offering clear paths for user interaction and collaboration submissions. This process was aimed at creating a streamlined, engaging user experience.
For the Illustagraphy website, I personally captured all the videography and photography to ensure a cohesive and authentic representation of the collaboration. I worked closely with the photographer and graphic designer to align the visuals with the brand’s identity, carefully selecting locations, lighting, and framing to highlight their work. The content was captured with the intent to visually narrate the story of their collaboration, showcasing their creative process and establishing a strong visual connection with potential clients. This hands-on approach ensured consistency across the website's aesthetic.
